Ok, so here is my moment of truth, the Big Finish or so I call it. I finished my I Can't Believe it's Not Coffee Detox on Wednesday morning for a total weight loss of ....wait for it...wait for it....15 freakin' pounds!
I knew the product was good, but holy moly, this is groundbreaking! I never went to the health club, and the only changes I made was clean eating and yoga. I'm so glad I managed to squeeze in yoga at Essential Evolution Holistic Wellness. The classes there are emotionally moving and calming in my fast-paced world.
Now some of you may be thinking that a 15 pound weight loss is nothing for a woman that weighs 240 pound. But guess what? It's life changing, because I made a commitment to do it. I made a commitment to start. I made a commitment to change. That is the biggest hurdle. And now with determination and a little help from the Skinny Miss Fat Burn Tea, I will loose the next 15 pounds which will bring me to my goal of a dropping 30 pounds by June 2018. What has this detox given me? I feel absolutely amazing, I have the mental clarity of a nun, with the energy of a sixteen year old, and the liver of a GOD. The icing on the cake is that I lost 15 pounds as I really did not expect this. So for those of you who joined me on this wellness journey, you rock...no, WE ROCK. Because even Stevie Wonder can see the benefits of this detox LOL. So, just a recap, here is a brief synopsis of what I ate during the day, and believe it or not, I ate unbelievably clean. And why? Because "I Matter."
The absolute first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is have 16 ounces of water with the juice of 1 lemon. This helps with digestion.
CHOOSE ORGANIC FOODS AND WILD CAUGHT FISH. LIMIT YOUR FOOD TO FRUITS, VEGGIES AND FISH. ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR - 1 TSP OF HONEY IS ALLOWED OR STEVIA.
Day 1- Breakfast: 16 oz of water, plus the juice of one lemon, two pieces of whole wheat toast and 1/2 cup of blackberries (blueberries and raspberries are great options too).
Lunch: Triple Chunky Mushroom & Chicken Soup (chicken can be omitted), and a cup of sliced cucumbers. FYI - the Anti-Inflammation Spice Blend is wonderful and beneficial ingredient in the soup or sprinkled on veggies or eggs!
P.M Snack: choose one of the following, 8 medium strawberries, an apple or an orange, plus a cup of water.
Dinner: Kale salad with a 6 ounce portion of pan seared salmon on top, plus two cups of water.
About an hour before bed, enjoy a cup of the I Can't Believe it's Not Coffee Detox.
Weigh yourself every morning. You should loose ounces or a pound every day, that was my experience. Be active! I have found that turning the radio on and dancing up a storm with my kids for about 15 minutes can work up a serious sweat. Look at it this way, you're burning calories and having a great time with your kids in the process.
