Spring Time/ Summer Time Who Cares as Long as There's Barbecue

So I am enjoying this incredible 80 degree day in Skokie, IL delivering spices and talking to really awesome people. What does that mean? It means barbecue season is here and you guessed it, we're rolling out our new line of barbecue rubs, barbecue sauces and finishing sauces. If that isn't enough we have created spice infused grape seed oils that are just the perfect compliment when applying our signature rubs. So here's to friends and family and summertime barbecue days in the backyard!

Family, Friends, and Food Equal Geat Memories

Family, Friends, and Food Equal Geat Memories Since Thursday, I have had the pleasure of hosting my Husband's family (my in-laws) from Canada. We cooked, we laughed, cooked some more and laughed some more. Last night we had an impromptu barbecue (unplanned things are the best). My husband thought it would be great to give me 20 minutes to make 10 dishes, even better he invited 7 more friends! Having fresh spice blends on hand proved to be extremely helpful, seriously! We feasted on Sushi, black bean grilled shrimp, Korean noodles,Cajun spice chicken skewers, pork curry, chicken curry, sweet and spicy Thai spice chicken, friedcurry rice, lentils, grilled burgers and grilled dogs for the kids. After dinner we all gathered in the living room to sing and dance. Pssst....Busy Moms and Dads

I’m a sucker for chicken and fish because you can literally cook a 4 ounce serving in about 15 minutes.  I'm a busy Mom so to all the Moms who work all day then running your kids to soccer, karate or dance class only to come home to cook for your husband and children...big high five to you! As you know Dads get a big high five as well because many Dads cook dinner for the family (gotta love that). If only I could get my husband to cook more than scrambled eggs bathed in black pepper!  If you have a busy life I have news for you.  Love That Spice now offers gourmet cooking sauces.  Our cooking sauces will turn...
