Ingredients: Love That Spice Taco Season Blend 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese 1 cup of Salsa (your favorite brand) 3 Small chicken Breasts (equal to 2 cups) 1 (15 ounce) can of pinto beans, drained (rinse beans to get rid of excess salt....you don't need that!) 6 (6 inch) flour tortillas 2 cups of shredded Colby-jack cheese 1/2 cup of Black Spanish olives (thinly sliced horizontally) Sour Cream (for serving and completely optional) 2 cups of shredded lettuce 1/2 cup of tomato 1/2 cup of pickled Jalapeno peppers (optional but tasty spicy addition) Let's Cook! Spicy Baked Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients: Whole chicken cut up Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Fresh ground Black Pepper Minced Garlic – 1 ½ tablespoon Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons Canned Tomatoes  (low sodium) Butter 1 tablespoon RJ’s Sweet & Spicy Barbeque Sauce by Love That Spice PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES Let’s Cook! Add olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan about 2 tablespoons. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of freshly groundwhole black pepper Pan sear chicken and remove from pan. USING THE SAME PAN, add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 whole onion sliced thin (be sure to scrape the burned bits from the bottom of the pan for great flavor). Ingredients needed: 1 onion 2 smashed garlic cloves 1 cinnamon stick 1 strip lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder A pinch of turmeric powder 1 teaspoon of butter 1 teaspoon of olive oil 1 cup of basmati rice 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste) A splash of lemon juice 1/4 cup of cilantro 1/4 cup of cashews (a delicious option) Let's Cook!
