French Tarragon Rub

This rub has all of the delicious flavor but absolutely none of the fat of a rich béarnaise sauce! Blended with tarragon, fresh black peppercorns, and spices.
Prior to grilling,
- add 1/4 cup of minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- mix the dry rub with the wet ingredients
- and rub all over meat.
