Sumac. Tart, berry, and lemony flavor that can be used in place of lemon. Great when sprinkled on a delicious summer salad, sprinkled over fish or chicken. Sumac is very common to Middle Eastern cooking and is used to make our Israeli Za'atar spice blend, the beautiful and delicious fattoush salad or added to tabbouleh. Refill bag - 3 ounces
*Quick eats: slice up a few fingerling potatoes diagonally, toss with olive oil and salt, then bake at 360 degrees for 35 minutes. Now sprinkle with sumac and toss to coat. Serve with fish and enjoy!
