For a wonderful latte: steep 2 teaspoons of Black Pearl of Persia with 8 ounces of  freshly boiled filtered water and let infuse 4 minutes. To cold steep, add 2 tbsp to 12 ounces of cold water cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or longer for a more intense flavor
