1 red pepper thinly sliced

1 onion rough chop

1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)

1/2 tablespoon of sugar

3/4 tablespoon of salt (or to taste)

3 tablespoons of Love That Spice Thai Blend

1/4 tablespoon crushed red chili peppers

2 tablespoons of canola oil

1/2 cup of water

1 cup of torn fresh basil leaves



Pan sear onion and thinly sliced red peppers in ½ teaspoon of canola oil remove from pan and set aside.  In same pan, brown ground chicken over medium high heat. Once meat is cooked, drain and add 3 tablespoons of Love That Spice Thai Spice Blend, chopped onion, sliced red peppers, salt, rice vinegar, sugar, red crushed chili peppers, water and remaining canola oil. Cover pan and cook for about 10 minutes over low to heat. Add basil leaves, stir and cook until just wilted, about 3 minutes. Turn off flame and let sit 5 minutes. Serve immediately over white Basmati Rice, garnish with thinly sliced fresh basil leaves.

    This recipe is so good! I did not have ground chicken at home I used lean ground turkey instead. It turned out amazing!!!
