Lean Grilled Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground turkey
Grill Master Hamburger Spice Blend
Turkey Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
Smoked Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Bakery style bun
RJ's Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
Let's Cook!
PREHEAT GRILL
Add 1 pound of ground turkey to a bowl, sprinkle liberally with Grill Master Hamburger Spice Blend and massage into ground turkey
Divide 1 pound of lean ground turkey (I'm loving Jenny) into 4 equal parts and form into burgers
Grill for about 5 minutes per side. DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!
Just before burger is done brush on RJ's Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce and place a slice of cheese on top
For bacon:
Place 12 slices of bacon directly on grill and cook 2 minutes per side until crisp
For Bun:
Brush your bakery style bun with olive oil and warm on grill
Top burgers with red onions, grilled bacon, romaine lettuce
