Grilled Orange Glazed Shrimp Skewers


Ingredients:

 

1 pound of jumbo shrimp (peeled and cleaned)

1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt

1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper

1 tablespoon of Garlic and Spice Infused Olive Oil

1 red bell pepper cut into cubes

1 green bell pepper cut into cubes

3 tablespoons of Gourmet Orange Sauce for basting and dipping

Soak skewers for 1 hour prior to grilling to prevent burning

 

Let's Grill!

 

Toss shrimp, green peppers and red peppers in the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

 

Thread shrimp on skewer alternating between shrimp, red bell pepper and green bell pepper

 

Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side over high heat

 

Before removing the shrimp, generously brush shrimp with gourmet orange sauce and cook an additional 1 minute (the shrimp will char beautifully)

 

Flip skewer on the other side and again generously brush shrimp with gourmet orange sauce

 

Immediately remove from grill and serve over a bed of rice with additional orange sauce for dipping.
