Ingredients: Apples, almonds, caramel pieces, freeze dried cranberry, beetroot, cornflowers. CONTAINS MILK AND ALMONDS

STEEPING: 2 teaspoons to 6  ounces of freshly boiled water. Steep 12 minutes.
