Aleppo Pepper is a robust spice that comes from the region of Aleppo in Syria. It has a subtle, smoky earthiness to it with a raisin-like scent and moderate heat level. It is said to be reminiscent in flavor to pasilla chilies. It is often found in a crushed, flaky form and can be used in place of ordinary dried and crushed red chilies. 2.5 ounces, refillable bag.

Apple Pie Spice Blend. This sweet blend of spices combines to make the best apple pie ever! Great in pancakes, crepes, sprinkled in coffee, French toast batter and sweet potatoes. Suggestion: Use 2 teaspoons per 9 inch pie.

Quick recipe: Cut up 2 sweet potatoes into thin strips (like French fries), sprinkle olive oil on the sweet potatoes and 1 tablespoon of this blend. Toss together to blend. Bake at 350 degrees F until potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes.

Blended with Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom.

Indian Masala Black Tea. Bold and crisp this handcrafted tea blend is made in small batches. Extremely aromatic, this traditional spiced black tea is hand blended with Assam black tea, Indonesian cinnamon (cassia), and fresh ground cardamom pods to round it off. Delicious when topped off with a few splashes of milk!  2.5 ounces, refillable bag.

Boil 8 ounces of water, add 1 rounded teaspoon of tea blend. Steep 4 to 5 minutes. Add sugar and cream for a traditional Indian Masala tea.

Organic Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl Green Tea. This tea is one of the prettiest treasures from the world of tea. It grows in the mountains of southeast China. For more than 100 years, only the finest and youngest leaves of the best green tea qualities have formed the basis for this rarity. The still not quite dry leaves are mixed up to six times with fresh, delicately smelling jasmine blossoms, then sieved and rolled by hand to small pearls. The leaf encloses the fine jasmine aroma and only sets it free during brewing. The cup has an elegant champagne color. 2.5 ounces, refill bag.

Steeping Instructions: 1 heaping teaspoon to 6 ounces water / water temperature 176 - 194 degrees Fahrenheit / steep 2 to 3 minutes / sweeten with honey

Milky Oolong Fujian Province. Probably one of the most unusual tea specialties as far as production goes, as well as character is produced almost entirely by hand in the Province of Fijian. Immediately after withering the still moist leaves are gently heated shortly in milk water steam, which conserves the pretty, lightly olive-green leaf and cup color and invokes the distinct creamy scent and taste. Finally, the leaves are rolled manually and dried. An extremely mellow, beautiful tea which will quickly win over many new tea lovers.

Ingredients: half-fermented tea, natural flavoring (lactose).

Steeping: 1 heaping teaspoon /6 ounce serving /
Water temperature 180 - 194 degrees / steep 2 to 3 minutes

Recipe suggestions:

Mushroom milkshake: Recipe #1 - to the blender, add 1/2 tbsp of mushroom blend to 12 ounces of warmed nut milk, 4 dates, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1 frozen banana. Blend until smooth.     

Recipe #2 - 1/2 tablespoon of mushroom blend to 12 ounces of warmed nut milk, 1 tablespoon of organic agave. Shake or blend until well blended.

Recipe #3 - to blender, add 1 tablespoon of mushroom blend, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon maca root, 1 tablespoon walnuts, a few cubes of ice, and 5 dates. Blend until smooth.

Can easily be added to your daily smoothie routine.
