Exotic Cinnamon Spiced Rice with Shrimp

Ingredients 2 cups of basmati rice 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon of butter/margarine One 15 ounce can of black beans (rinsed and drained) 3 green onions (chopped white and green parts) About 20 medium size cooked shrimp with tails off 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 eggs 1 1/2 tablespoons of Exotic Rice Blend by Love That Spice   In a pot (preferably non-stick), add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pumpkin Hummus Recipe - Love That Spice

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas drained 1/3 cup canned pure pumpkin 3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons tahini 1 garlic clove minced 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon Love That Spice Pumpkin Pie Blend 1/4 cup water pinch of salt Dash of lemon juice OR to taste 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon hulled green pumpkin seeds 2 cups sweet potato chips   Purée chickpeas, pumpkin, olive oil, tahini, garlic clove, paprika, water, salt, pumpkin pie blend and lemon juice. Transfer to bowl and top with olive oil, red pepper flakes and hulled pumpkin seeds. Serve with sweet potato chips.   #pumpkin recipe
